So glad we left US Bank and switched to Valley Bank! Roxy made the switching over process so easy and friendly, and everyone I've ever dealt with at the Fuller branch has had stellar customer service skill!

My experience with Valley Bank has been fantastic. Casey Connors has went above and beyond for me. Casey is quick to respond to a phone call or email, keeps you posted on progress, and is also just a great guy who actually cares about you and what you are trying to accomplish. I am so glad to be working with this bank because of the high quality customer service that I have received not just from Casey, but all the other staff that I have interacted with as well. Been using this branch for over 15 years. The employees may come and go, get transfered or promoted to better opportunities. However, the customer service, friendly atmosphere and positive attitude has never wavered providing a personal yet professional experience each and every time I enter this facility.

Bryan took care of me in my loan process, explained things throughly and we were out of the door in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend him and the other staff at Valley Bank.

Every time I go through the drive through, I get awful service. Even when they aren’t busy and no other cars are there. The people are not nice whatsoever. Not sure what his name is but it’s a guy that deals with the drive in people… he’s the only person that is very nice and provides outstanding service! I just went inside today to pick up a new card and the lady was flat out rude and disrespectful. She did not make it a great experience for me considering that I’m only 18. I have always had good service at the other valley banks that are not on Montana Avenue. Other places are very nice, along with awesome service. Will absolutely not ever be going back to this location after today!

Usually good, but today not so much. I did a deposit followed by a withdrawal like I’ve done for years. Today I was told that it can’t be done. I had to go back around to the atm. Stop letting random tellers make up new rules

I absolutely HATE coming to this location. They help who they choose to help in whatever order they choose. I have been sitting in the drive through lane for more than 20 minutes while the tellers help every other lane first, even though they all showed up after me. I am on the clock and don't have the time for them to waste. There is nothing they can do to make it right because time is our most valuable commodity as you only have the time you have, and can't get it back or get more. Literally if I wasn't forced by my workplace to come to this location, I wouldn't.
