Good customer service. If you do a lot of online banking or use the phone app. It definitely needs to do better. It fails me 90% of the time and I have to call the bank and have them do a reset and then less than 24 hours later, here I am again needing a reset. Since self service apps and banking have been a thing I have used them with little to no problems until Farmers.

Everyone’s polite but this place sucks. I’ve had so many issues with Farmers. As far as ordering new debit cards and having them take literally forever. To pending transactions that are pending for long periods of time. To random charges to my account and someone got a hold of my account info and stole a good amount of money not only from my farmers account but another one as well. My other account resolved the issues almost immediately where as I’m still dealing with farmers to try and resolve the problem. I was credited the amount that was lost and without any warning months later they take back that credited amount without telling me. So now my account is in the negatives and it’s going to stay that way unless they resolve the problem like my other account had no problem doing. Worst bank I’ve ever had I don’t know why I tried to go with such a small local bank instead of sticking with my old one. I will take all further business elsewhere.

Good local bank. My kids like going because they get suckers, stickers, and popcorn. Even on busy Friday afternoons, there’s hardly ever a wait and the tellers are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered a new card since mine broke it has been a month and still no card or help from anyone from farmers so I would like to say watch out if you bank with them they where trying to charge me 56 dollars for my new card. So I hope this helps someone from choosing the wrong bank.

I'm thankful for everyone being so helpful while switching over to a new banking system! The pamphlet that I received in the mail with the conversion information helped me out so much. Thank you for all the help in person and on the phone. You guys rock!
