Refused service because we dropped our business account with them, taco bell.
Extremely unprofessional, SHOCKED a big business is being petty rather then a continued community service.
Even refused service as a customer and not an employee because of wearing a work hat off the clock!
Closed my personal account as well. GOOD RIDDENCE

I am visually impaired took an Uber to the drive through in the heights to make a deposit. Explained to the teller my situation and got nothing but snarky reply back from her. Said I can’t see the slip to fill it out and she said without the slip I couldn’t deposit. Uber driver helped out, asked her to write my balance big on the back of the slip.. she said the balance is already in there and sent it back. Worst customer service ever. This lady has no compassion for the disabled. Pulling my account if this is how WSB treats customers with disabilities.
