Great little bank! We were struggling with a title on our truck and these guys went out of their way to go above and beyond, track down the title, pay to get it here and take great care of us. They have been amazing to work with and get our loan through! Thank you so much!

I’ve been a member for a few years and we needed a loan to hold us over while my wife is on leave with our newborn. I worked with Kelly and she was amazing I called and made a appointment that morning and she saw me right away. The process was quick and easy and they are there when I need them most. I’m not only servicing my loan through them I’m also going to be switching them to my primary checking account. Thanks so much RMCU you have made having our first born much less stressful!

I went in for a notary, which is $5. I asked if I needed cash and was told no, credit cards are fine. So I paid the $5 fee with my credit card, but later found out that a $10 cash-advance fee was tacked on. I called to inquire and was told that those transactions are treated as cash advances. Had I been told this upfront, I would have simply gone out to the ATM to get cash (which I offered to do) and paid 1/3 the price. The customer service rep was not sympathetic, and did not offer to refund my money. Consumer beware.
IN RESPONSE: I was told that a credit card could be used as payment, but not that it would be run as a cash advance. A credit union employee should have let me know this, as they should have known that credit card companies tack on a fee for this. It tripled the charge for the service.

WORST BANK EVER! Never have had a problem with a bank until I banked with Rocky Mountain Credit Union & I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews or complain. They will screw up and you have to call a million times just to speak to the person you need to speak to to get the issue resolved. Countless hours I spent trying to get somewhere to not get anywhere. Finally, I had to contact the vice president and he handled the issue. Sad it had to get that far! What a PAIN!

Customer service.
I was appalled by the lack of customer service. I left work early since they aren't open on Saturdays and close during the week at 4:30. When I got there they said it would take 20 minutes and they closed in 15, so come back another day. The end. I can think of a hundred different ways to help a customer, none of them end in come back some other day. For a credit union that built their business on service for its members, this was disappointing.

After being a member of RMCU for way over 10 years, I can say that I appreciate the personal and sincere approach, accuracy and perfectionism in customer service. I get the feeling that every customer is important at RMCU and I really like that. The fact that the RMCU has branches located nearby is very helpful too.
