I am constantly having issues with this bank. I have been a member for well over 10 years. They hold more money than Necessary on certain purchases, those holdings are not credited back to the account for 5-6 business days. Certain cash sending apps do not show up nor get taken out at the time of service.

I have tried multiple times to call and they never answer the phone. Ordered new debit card, didn’t bother telling me it wouldn’t be mailed.(I don’t live in town) then asked for teller to bring up last transaction to verify it wasn’t fraudulent and she offered to print it out but neglected to tell me they would charge me $3 for a piece of paper! Had account for over 20 years and services just keep getting worse.

As far as banks/credit unions go, this one is good. I have had no real issues here. My only challenge is the constant push to do everything online when I ask for a service. Often, I am just referred to the online banking and really just want an answer. Still, this banks has some good tools for saving.

My soon to be husband has banked with them since 2008. Never negative in his account. A company that he ordered a free trial from took over $200 from. His account within 4 days of him ordering FREE TRIAL. anyway he called to find out what can be done and they didn't help him at all they charged him $70..... Take take take and froma hard working man. So we found another bank that offers protection and not just take take take

After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and only 1 car in the lane, I felt like I was bothering the teller. I was asked if I knew my member # ? I don't understand why it is so hard to cash a check with proper ID and why people here have to make you feel belittled. We have had a account here for 6 years at this location.I guess they think its ok to treat people rudely and why would the teller Windows be blocked?? I guess we will be banking elsewhere.

I just opened an account with this bank. I used to bank with US Bank but getting Leary about them closing down bank after bank so I closed that account and moved to here. They are so helpful and updated inside and out. Great ATM

Stephanie Kenner says that if I bought something offline and I gave them my card information and I agree to a certain amount of money in an exchange of buying some merchandise. If that company at a later time is scamming me and decides to take money out later after the original agreement has been agreed upon. That it is between me and that company they do not consider that fraud what the hell?????

Been trying to close my account for weeks. Every time I call the phone is busy. How am I supposed to get ahold of anyone if the phones are ALWAYS busy?! Trust me, I've called multiple times a day. Im about over it
