First off, the website doesn't work. After you create your account login/password, the next time you put in your credentials it asks you to "register your account." So you click register your account...put in all of your information, and it says that "an account already exists with these credentials." You just go round and round. Then you try to click "get help / chat session" and it takes you to page where it gives you a phony count-down timer until you can speak with an agent...it will sporadically dwindle down to a minute or so, and then tell you an agent isn't available at this time. So you try calling in. The system is down today, and the rep I dealt with can't take my payment. I was on hold 29 minutes until I got a rep. Unless you want to mail in your payments the old fashioned way...this is what you encounter with Homebridge. VERY, VERY frustrating.

I wish I could give a rating of ZERO stars to this company.
I'm being forced to leave a review for the local branch, because the headquarters has disabled the ability for anyone to leave a review on their business listings.
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!
They refuse to pay our insurance premiums and continuously send us form letters stating that they don't maintain an escrow account.
I PROMISE THAT THERE IS AN ESCROW ACCOUNT AND WE INCLUDE MONEY EVERY MONTH IN OUR PAYMENT FOR TAXES AND INSURANCE!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND INCOMPETENT!
