I've been receiving a check for my Taxes and Insurance yearly. When the extra funds were supposed to be applied to the principal payment of my loan. The only way to fix this, I was told on the phone today, was to call every month and have them apply the correct amount where I wanted it, after they received my payment.
The initial contact I had, I tried to set up automatic payments for them to pull monthly. The gal didn't even want to pull up my loan account. Just told me to log in to my online banking and make payments there.
They also charge $30 to get payoff information faxed or emailed and they're not able to tell me a payoff over the phone.
If you wire your payoff to them. The funds still have to sit for 10 business days to be verified before your lien will be paid. For those not aware. A wire transfer is a cash transaction. They cannot be disputed or taken back.

Impossible to deal with! After 2 yrs of payments with positive pay history they decided to apply my July pymt to principal instead of Aug pymt. Then started calling me telling me I'm late.
They ABSOLUTELY refused to clean up their mistake.
NEVER NEVER NEVER use this bank they are ridiculous!

DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY YOUR INSURANCE CHECK!!!! THEY WILL CASH IT AND SEND YOU A CHECK FOR 2-5% OF IT'S ORIGINAL VALUE, WHILE THEY INVEST AND HOLD ONTO YOUR REMAINING FUNDS FOR 90+ DAYS. THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING MAJOR SCAMS WITH INSURANCE CHECKS!!!!!!! THEY ARE MAKING MONEY OFF THE CLAIMS PROCESS!

Staff was very nice but good luck trying to find the right department. They charged me $12,000 to my account for insurance even though I already sent them proof of Insurance. There is no way to communicate except to go through their spider maze of a phone system. Your forced to listen to the same message over and over. I was transferred to 4 departments only for them to say you have to go to a fifth. Then that department said I had to go back to the forth who already said they couldn't help. Each department apologized but all are helpless. Meanwhile I still show I owe $12,000 for something purchased by them that I don't need.

I have reached out multiple times trying to get my damaged debit card replaced for months now. Can’t even get a response from customer service. Little services along with the app and communication go a long way.
