Love having a bank that knows me when I walk in and most recognise my voice on the phone. Always friendly people willing to help with anything needed. They are even amazing when they're busy. They don't get stressed and still give you full attention. Always service with a smile. I will never bank anywhere else.

Brand new ATM machine is not working- understandable (maybe) - What is not okay, is that on a Saturday afternoon there are ZERO options to get my cash.
After a long phone call, a polite gentleman apologized for the situation and first suggested I go all the way to Camdenton, MO.
Then, after speaking to his manager, suggested I go to the ATM at Walgreens next door which would supposedly have no fees attached. I did. The ATM at walgreens is also out of order.
The gentleman stated that a maintenance person would be in Lebanon to work on the machine within the next day.
Great Southern has no other ATM’s in the area and their drive thru now closes at noon on Saturdays.
I requested to use another ATM and have the fees removed but that request was flat denied, which is ridiculous.
This is extremely frustrating. There were other customers in line also- same.
It is not acceptable that this bank is unable to provide the most basic of banking services.
At the very least, I should be able to use a “foreign” atm and have my fees reimbursed considering that the fault lies solely on Great Southern.
Side notes:
1. Empower your CSR to credit a persons account for FTF’s in situations like this.
2. It would be helpful if the notification on the machine would have stated that the error was with the machine, not my card or account.
