Called ahead of time for convenience purposes and had to call again after waiting about 15 minutes in the parking lot. They told me they were working on updating my account. I then saw them help about 3 people ahead of me in the line before I received any further assistance, and my son was getting restless in the back. After about 20 more minutes I called again and they said they had almost finished updating the transactions. When the girl finally updated my account and corrected the flawed transaction, she gave me a nasty look. I wouldn’t have called ahead if I had known they would wait until helping everyone in the line before me. To top it off, the girl that assisted me said, “sorry about the wait, I’m the only one handling transactions, so….” With a rude attitude. If you don’t want to do your job without making customers feel out of line for waiting 30 plus minutes for their business then get a different job. Definitely not going back to that place. I’m worried they spit in my money or something worse….

I moved to the west coast from Jeff about 7 years ago and there are a few things from home I truly miss: Casey pizza, family, some sense of sanity, and Jefferson Bank. All jokes aside I loved this bank, which is weird since banks are usually benign but they helped me understand my credit report and helped put me on a path of great credit, none of which is normal for a bank or a part of their jobs. Beautiful banks too. 7 years away and I still wish you were my bank!

I bank at Central Bank of Boone County, but use Jefferson Bank on Missouri Blvd for deposits from time to time. Well, not anymore. I feel like I’m always wasting the tellers time while making deposits. The counter customer service for a non-Jefferson City person is one star.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had from a bank. Employees are horrible at data entry and listening to numbers even when read slowly two digits at a time. My "loan officer Kolby O'Dowd" refused to give me his business email for me to send over crucial information and hung up on the phone because I told him "my cell phone is on the account they should have called me". I'm an architect for large scale signage and this company did not but waste my time for a whole day. I or my family members will never use this bank for any future loans.

I have been a customer of Jefferson Bank of Missouri for over 30 years and maybe even 40 and I have always had the best service ever. Employees are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great. I have had multiple accounts over the years including car loans and mortgages and am completely satisfied with this bank. I would recommend it to everyone.
