I called in to get a lien release for a valued customer and I was transferred 6 times. No one could tell me who I needed to talk to and on the 7th transfer, I was sent back to the very first person I talked to. She proceeded to tell me that they were to busy to help me today and I needed to call back and then, that their notary wasn't going to be back in till next week and that they couldn't help me even if they had time. I am very disappointed that a bank only has one notary on hand and that I was treated the way I was. I have worked at a car dealership for 7 years and this is by far the worst bank I have EVER had contact with. I hope they treat their actual customers with more respect.

Need to talk to them about my current loan. Can't reach anyone just get voicemail or mailbox is full and nobody calls back when I do leave message. I've been a current for years and think they owe me courtesy of a response. Extremely urgent we talk.

These people take crazy advantage of people when they need help the most. Just DON’T DO IT! Their interest rates are insane. Sell your soul to the devil. It’s way cheaper.

I do not recommend for first time applicants or anyone who doesn't take out loans often. Appointments do not matter since the appointment I made wasn't honored by the person I made it with (John). His boss had to come in and talk to me. She neglected to give me information that would have been impertinent to an informed decision regarding my application. I had to contact them to find that I was declined and when I addressed the information that was left out, I was told that it was my responsibility as the customer to ask questions. A first time customer would not know what questions to ask. I don't mind that I was declined, I mind that John never met with me nor did he have the courtesy to inform me of the decision that I would be declined. I certainly minded that the manager faulted me for her withholding information that would have affected my decisions. Every customer should be treated like they are new and need all information so they can make proper financial decisions.

I have a Loan there which is set up with a 10 day period before I get a bad mark on credit score or get charged late fees. On the morning of the 2nd day I was getting phone calls all day long at work hounding me about my payment. I feel like I'd been more comfortable borrowing money from a drug dealer off the streets.

I shopped online for a personal loan on Credit Karma, which said I had excellent approval odds. I originally chose 1MF for their interest rate and monthly payment quote. The application process wasn't very long. The loan officer called and was extremely courteous and actually made it a very pleasant experience. Money was pending in my bank account that evening. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a loan.

Went there today to see about getting a lien release notorized. I had already received a lien release from one main but letter was notorized on the wrong page and DMV would not accept it. I had called customer service week prior who told me … More
