Its one star because I can't mark it as Zero.
Where to begin with this bank? As a member of the United States Air Force stationed overseas, they consistently turned my debit card off thinking that it had been stolen. I called at least once a week for 7 months to tell them I am stationed in England and that my card had not been stolen. It got so ridiculous, that at one point this bank left me stranded in Ireland. Having called them a week prior to my leave, I told them I would be in Ireland for a solid week. They assured me I would have no problems at all, Guaranteed! Once I got to Ireland I decided to come home a day early. It was really awesome to go to the bus station to buy a ticket only to find that my debit card had been turned off and I was stranded. Thank god I was able to get outside help from the amazing locals.
When I called to get it sorted, the member I spoke to recommended that I take my business elsewhere as they weren't equipped to handle my needs. At this point I went to USAA who have been amazing to me for 12 years and counting.
Skip this joke of a Po-Dunk Bank and go with a national branch that will protect you, your money, and your need for reliability.

This has been my bank for many years. Very nice polite and helpful workers. Such as Kelly C. and Harriette. Wouldn't even consider another bank.
