What a joke. When someone goes into the bank to get coins they should get what they ask for. Regardless of if they have a account. I have a account there and I went into the bank to get $20 in pennies. I collect coins and search through them. But they told me they only do that for businesses. Money is money and if I have money they should take it. I should be able to get what I asked for.

Terrible experience with this bank and their mortgage lenders. We previously left a review on Google that got erased, but before it did this bank replied that our experience was due to us “inquiring about personal information about a customer”. This is wholly inaccurate. We were pushing this bank to get an appraisal done and demanding answers as to why it wasn’t, which had nothing to do with personal information about their customer. We were also pushing them to complete the needed tasks to close on time as per our contract. Spoiler alert: it didn’t happen. They have yet to take responsibility for ANY of the mess they caused, and now are trying to blame us.
Please- save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with this bank.
Edit: RE: Deerwood Response
We did contact your bank MULTIPLE times regarding this issue. Messages were left and phone calls never returned.
To anyone wanting to know more information- This bank dragged us along for 5 weeks while our house was under contract. Our buyers (their customer and employee) tried to follow up as to why things were not done. She got the same runaround we did. Finally- Emails were sent to the VP of Mortgage quality control and ONLY THEN did things start moving. But- they moved in the wrong direction. After a series of "meetings" with higher ups, all of a sudden the buyer was just shy of credit requirements to make their loan happen. This info is from the buyer themselves- So- did you guys just massively mess everything up and decide to pull the plug on the buyers? How about taking responsibility for your mistakes? No- you put the blame on the buyers. Then, we leave a negative review and now you are blaming us. How about you take responsibility for the actions of your bank and its mortgage lenders who royally screwed up?
Just so you know- we referred these people to a mortgage broker we used when purchasing our house- they got more done in 12 hours than any of your people got done in 5 weeks

This is one of the worst banks I have seen. I just wanna change some small changes into the entire. But they said no,cause I had no an account with them.and the lady asked me how much. I said $500 .she said she can't exchange it. The lady was rude and told me go to the other banks.when I was leaving.she said "have a good day".but I was very disappointed. I know its a rule . Maybe it needs the account. But I did the same thing in the Wells Fargo.and they really treat the customer as "GOD"

Thank you for getting the e-bank statements ready at 8:30 AM the first day of the month.
I have bank accounts at other banks, but the e- statements are not available for days after the beginning of the month.

I have been a customer of Deerwood Bank since 1989. The people at Waite Park are so helpful and wonderful.
Jim, Abbi, Chris, Melissa, Lori, Tori and Bev always take the time to answer any questions and assist in any way possible. I would highly recommend Deerwood and will bank with them the rest of my life.
