The worst of the worst. I was denied a membership account and line of credit. I was told by the member services manager that I had charge off and collection accounts with ChexSystems. I ordered my consumer disclosure report after receiving the adverse action letter from the credit unon. It did not contain any of the information it stated was on my report. He simply fabricated this just to deny me membership. What is the purpose of ordering a consumer report if it does not contain any errors or point out any issues with it? The branch manager and manager of member services refused to meet with me to go through the consumer disclosure report received and validate what he said was on
my consumer report. If they really wanted to earn my business, they would have set up a time to meet with me to go through the report and point out what is wrong with it. This is how I would know what needs to be fixed or made better, if anything. I felt the discrimination. Be aware that this particular financial institution does not value customers and treat everyone equally. Don’t believe the hype.

I read the 2 very grevious reviews below. I am not surprised after my own experiences years ago with the branch at the casino. It must be there bias do to the natives that cant balance a bag of Penny's and cant get there own currency or police force. It's a joke..

I love this credit union. The staff is always friendly, understanding, and helpful. They're my 3rd banking institution and 2nd credit union (used to be at a big chain) and I have yet to have an issue. I've been with them almost 7 years, moved further away from all their locations, but absolutely will not leave.
