I totally agree with the other 1 star review here. I've banked here since 2008 and the way I've been treated the last couple of years has been extremely unfortunate. I've had hundreds of thousands of dollars go through this bank (and have always paid any loans with them on time and have no defaults) but the way I've been treated lately is very negative. I forged new banking relationships and filed a federal complaint against First State. Don't get me wrong....most of the staff is very nice and good. It really comes down to management and Pat Arnzen and Mike Bick who obviously don't understand good business/banking relationships or federal regulations.

Awful bank. Save your time and go to a different bank. Always blocking debit cards. No help, rude employees. Very bad customer service.

Date of Visit: 10/12/2019 - Stopped by to use their ATM. Was quick and easy, and was back on the road in a flash.

The way this bank does business is shameful they actively harass disabled individuals. If you wear a mask even worse behavior. If you have a choice go anywhere but here!!! If I could give
0 stars I would so disappointed in everyone I have dealt with.
