This place offers good customer service. I usually go through the drive-thru. They get to you pretty fast. It's a good place to bank I would recommend it to everyone.

I typically don't use this bank even though I have an account. I've had some bad run ins with my money being placed in other people's accounts, etc. So I needed a debit card and so forth. The gal I worked with was more than helpful, very concerned that I was informed of the technical difficulties that happened, and she got me my card. She was very kind and professional. Waiting 10 minutes is much easier than waiting 2-3 weeks.

Closes the Hinckley office to build a new office in sandstone where they had an office already. Be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time in the drive through every single time you go there

I log onto the app with facial identification. I have logged onto the app several times successfully today using this method. Now out of the blue it won’t work. It says I have to call customer service which isn’t open until Monday. I can’t even reset my password online. This credit union seems to strive to be the least customer friendly business. Terrible hours and technology.
