Horribly disappointed as of late. I've recommended this institution to everyone I know and can no longer do that. Tonight I was forced to repeat myself several times and offered no real solution that doesn't cost me time and additional money. After repeating myself several times I did get short with the manager because I had already told her the solution she was trying to force was not going to work. The teller then came back and by this time 20 minutes had passed she verified the cash I was able to withdrawn and the account it was coming from and then gets it ready. She hands me my stuff I apologize to her for my attitude and explain what had frustrated me with her manager. She just kept apologizing. I started to pull out of the lot and looked at my slip and the account that was just verified was NOT the account the money was withdrawn from.
3 weeks ago my account was compromised they told me my card was expedited and when I called to get it the thing hadn't even been processed so my expedited card took longer to get than if it had been ordered normally! Absolutely no one followed up with me or the card company

This bank is genuine with there business, they care about customers and the community. Recently Marie Skoulund called me to let me know they have a gift for me to pick up, SFCU wanted to thank me for helping out our community. I shared a brief testimony about Next Step Sober Homes that God has me doing and SCFCU acknowledged with validation the importance of breaking stigma to addicts. We have a pandemic bigger then covid-19 & it's drug addiction in our families and neighbors with alarming rates of death where stigma has prevented loved ones from reaching out. I want to acknowledge SCFCU for there hearts. I am blessed to be a customer of SCFCU and am proud they are apart of growing Next Step Sober Homes in our community.

Malena at the Sartell branch was awesome with my teenage daughter when she went in to open a student account! She even went out of her way to follow up with a nice personal gift and card based on their conversation at the first visit. I am super impressed by the care she received. We love SCFCU!

Banked here my whole life. I defiantly like the staff. I have known most my whole life. I do feel it has became a little "Wells Fargo like" in the last couple years which is a turnoff. I have accounts at other banks because of that.

Opened an account to have a physical location to deposit cash into and have access to cashier services. Two separate times, someone else was able to use my account on Target.com. After the first time, they realized it was another member with an account number similar to mine. I filed a report, and they "handled it internally", but were very polite and helpful. It happened a second time with the same member using my account, as well as an accidental direct deposit into my account, and when I called to confront the issue, they offered to change my account number. No. I want you to address the fact that your security measures let someone who isn't me deposit and withdraw money from my account MULTIPLE TIMES. When I explained I'd rather just close the account, the gal told me she'd send me a form to sign, but she was just about to leave for her lunch break and wouldn't get to it until later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Every time I’ve gone in to either put a deposit in my personal account or pay a bill on a loan, they give me a hard time. Both should be pretty straight forward processes. Each time, without fail, I’ve been treated like garbage. Tellers are rude and management seems clueless. Then when I’ve proven to management how easy mistake is to fix, they’ve had attitude. Atrocious service.

***WARNING***DO NOT BANK HERE***
St. Cloud financial credit Union sells a good image but they are anything but personable and accommodating. I purchased a $15,000 vehicle with a loan from this bank and was involved in a head on collision which injured me and totaled my vehicle 3 months after purchase. I was not at fault as I was hit by an unliscened, inisured, illegal alien but that didn’t matter to anyone. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I paid every one of my payments to this bank on time and my insurance paid off the lein. When I asked for another loan to buy another car they denied it. Diane, the supervisor of the loan, lied to me when she told me that they took into consideration that it wasn’t my fault, that I had no other vehicle, that my fiancé was newly pregnant . It’s as simple as this…when it comes to banking, you are simply a number and if the numbers don’t add up then you can get screwed by your bank no matter what the situation is or if it’s not your fault and you’ve paid all your bills ontime. Don’t let St. Cloud financial credit Union fool you with their credit union status. Their just a regular bank like all others and they don’t give a damn about you!

We have been pleased with SCFCU for years, recently we worked with Lydia at the Sartell branch to transfer funds for my 91 year old father from a large bank to SCFCU where she provided the personal experience he appreciates. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and prepared for our visit. She made him feel welcomed and he is sharing his wonderful experience with his friends and neighbors...so refreshing to have such amazing service! Thank you!
