They people are so nice when you call and they speak English. the guy I spoke with even stayed on the line with me until I had completed my online enrollment just to make sure everything went smoothly. The young lady from Michigan was wonderful to me,. Very patient, understanding, very polite.
Truly love my mattress so worth the price.
When I come across people with health problems whether it's physical or mental I recommend my mattress.

My experience every time I have had to speak to someone has been awesome. They are always so polite and helpful. I do wish I had more payment options. Like the ability to make a payment with my debit/credit card online or on the phone. Other then that it was all positive.

Great customer service, very friendly, very affordable. Just didn't like the fact that you have to do auto draft and if you decide to pay early, it still gets taken out on your due date. Other than that, they are great!

I really appreciate the customer service that Preferred Credit Inc provides when I have questions regarding my account. They are so understanding and courteous when I need to make adjustments to my billing. Bob helped me resolve my issue and was very kind and courteous. He made sure to stay on the phone with me until I was able to log into my account. Other representatives from other companies just give the information and then let you try on your own when you get into an issue in logging in, you have to call back. Bob went above and beyond. Great service!

I couldn't make my payment this month, so I called in to see what I could do. The representative, her name is Autumn, walked me thru some options, and the way she explained everything was very helpful. I'm so glad I called in, otherwise my dogs would have starved! Thank you again Autumn!
