Crystal from the St.Anthony location made everything easy. She explain everything very well, was respectful of my time . Kept in contact within the few days of getting my loan set up . I felt like I was in the loop on everything and not just sitting behind the scenes to sign some documents. So thank you Crystal!!

Our experience was with tony.
My fiancée and I wanted to take out a loan and tony was incredible. He was super fast, super efficient and incredibly helpful and nice. We were laughing the whole time we were there. Tim was the one we initially had our over the phone process with who was also so very helpful and nice and after that we went in to do the in person stuff which frankly we would have been fine either way with tony or Tim. They were both so great and I’m glad both my parents recommended me to Tony.
Making sure he’s our go to person from now on

I called today to get a date changed on my monthly payment.. Tim was the person I was dealing with. He was the rudest person I have ever worked with at this branch. He continued to talk over me and did not seem to care. He offered no solutions. When I asked him if he was going to continue talk over me he said YES. I have been with this loan company for over 5 years and this is actually my 2nd loan with them. NEVER AGAIN>>>> this is the absolute worse service and I and just disgusted by the unprofessional service I have received today.

I orginally had a small loan that I took out back in 2018. That went really well. So when I decided that I wanted to purchase my vehicle's lease I called One Main to see if they do lease buyouts, I was told by Tony that they did. So in Nov. 2019 we went and signed all the documents and purchased the vehicle as well as refinanced my previous loan into the vehicle loan, making it a secured loan. Things were fine until Jan of 2020, when I got a call from Tony that said that we needed to come in because there was a mess-up on the title. They forgot to add the title fees into the loan so the lien holder of the vehicle was still Honda. So they needed to redo our loan. The new loan added 150 a month to our payment, but we did it because at this point we really had no other choice. Had I known back in Nov that it was going to be that payment I would have gone with the lower quote from Honda. But such is life, mistakes are made, so in Jan we did another loan and they were supposed to get the title changed. In April we get into a car accident and the vehicle is totaled, the insurance company needs the title to pay the lien company their money, the state is shut down by covid. DMV is still handling emails so I inquire about the title and they tell me they never received the title change information. Contact OneMain and Tony says that he walked it over, so they must have lost it. So I have to contact Honda, who was very helpful. They sent me the title and power of attorney to do the title change. I had to overnight ($40 and pay the extra fee) but within a week they had the title to OneMain. So finally in Aug. OneMain is paid by the insurance company but there is a remainder of $1400 still on the account (funny enough the same amount as the orginal title amount that we had to redo the loan for in Jan.) By this time I am no longer dealing with Tony, as I lost confidence in him, Josh the branch manager is now the person I am dealing with. He reassures me that I can do a refinance of the 1400 as well as add another 2500 to get another car, as I have been without this entire time. So on Aug 27th we do an application over the phone. He calls me back and leaves a message that he has some good news for us (I still have the message) and to give him a call back. I call him that evening and leave a message. I call on the 28th and he is not available. I tell Linda that I have to work at 1 but he can talk to my husband who is also on the loan and I give her my husband's number. No call returned. So then Monday the 31st comes and I call him again and after a brief hold, Josh informs me that they will not be doing the loan with me because of my poor history with them. I ask what poor history since I have made all my payments on time except the Aug one. And the only reason I did not pay my Aug payment was because Josh said that all of this would be settled by the end of Aug. So mistakes were continually made by OneMain that I have to pay for. It is very frustrating especially when their only response is to tell me that Tony should have never done the lease buy-out because they don't do lease buy-outs. But that is not my fault. That is theirs. Tony will tell you to not buy certain protection that they offer and tell you to refinance your loan elsewhere in 6 months. Tony is unprofessional, if he spent lest time telling me about his resturant business that he lost, his ex wife, and his political beliefs, and spent more time on his job maybe so many mistakes wouldn't have been made.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of organization of this location. I went in multiple times with different paperwork that was needed and they couldn’t keep track of what they had. At one point I had to email some forms while I was sitting at the desk and they still had to ask me basic info from the forms I had just sent. I ended up backing out of a loan application because it didn’t sit right to have this type of office managing my finances.
For the cherry on top, the lady that was working with me also kept checking her cell while she was working on my forms.

I really liked the lady that helped me out from Duluth, Although I didn't really speak with anyone at the St. Anthony branch except to sign for my loan, which they looked very busy, and needed the extra help as in they might be short of workers at this place. JoDene was very helpful at the Duluth branch and easy to talk to. Has character!

Dealt with Crystal who was great. Her supervisor did the final paperwork as I was pressed for time. Communication the whole way was amazing. Everything was explained and went smoothly.
