Switched from Wings for a lot of reasons. I had fraud on my account and went in 3 times to the Plymouth location to dispute it, I spent around an hour reviewing my account with a rep (same person the first 2 times) who said they'd remove the charges but never did (the 3rd visit I was told they had no record of me disputing the charges). I can NEVER get ahold of anyone over the phone (even after 30+ mins on hold). Customer service is nearly non-existent and the random times it does occur, the employees were rude and unhelpful. I've had other circumstances where Wings has been incompetent but the review would be too long to read so I'll suffice to say that Citizens Bank is a great option, they know their customers by name and call you if they notice any activity on your account that seems suspicious, they also answer when you call and have a great interactive option on their website. I'm happy I changed banks.:)

Cory helped us out this morning. Took two tries to close an account. He told us false information the first time. We were told to call the number on the back of the Wings card to be able to close the account. We called the number and the agent told us that a Wings representative has to close to hard. After coming back in the second time, 2 moments later, he asked help from a more experienced coworker who told him he could close our account. He did not apologize trying to take a short cut. Will not return tot his branch again.

Couldn’t be more frustrating of a place to deal with, nobody answers the phone or gets back to your multiple emails. Embarrassing! Go literally anywhere else

Beware the inner ATM in the drive through. It ate $543 of my money and don't give me a receipt, didn't deposit, and didn't give me my money back.

I absolutely love the PLYMOUTH branch. Everyone remembers my name when I come in and I mean everyone. They are very helpful and quick. I love good customer service. Thank you so much Plymouth Wings Financial for all you do for me!!

The rudeness I received with my two friends yesterday 9/30/2023 was beyond measure. I honestly felt we were pre-judged because of color. The banker insisted she can not help us complete forms for joint account. Then she threw us on the face that the minimum loan for small business is 1M, as if we can't afford it. Sorry Wings, we had to move on to a better credit union. Who wants a white racist banker on a Saturday morning?!!

I cannot recommend Wings. Yesterday debit cards were just not working… zero communication about it. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on and then today, I had to reach out again because I couldn’t find an update on the situation anywhere. Apparently it was resolved but the lack of communication was incredibly disappointing.
