I have used CMCU for a car loan and for my checking and savings. I like their online services and the personal attention I receive there. When CMCU noticed that I could get a higher rate on my savings, they contacted me and arranged for a better return on my money. Their service for home loans is exceptional, too. I recommend borrowing, checking, and saving at CMCU.

CMCU is so much better than the big banks. You get personal service on a first name basis without the exorbitant fees.
Close your big bank account and move your money to a credit union!

I've been with this branch for 13 plus years and there's a reason I continue to bank here even after moving an hour plus away. They have that personal feel, very helpful, and going into my last loan I'll give a shout out to Heidi who was amazing in the whole process.

It was nice to have the Credit Union to withdraw cash...this is the same bank as my hometown! Convenient and friendly tellers.

This institution needs to be more professional. I had made a call about starting an account and cashing a check. I was told to bring it in and the bank manager would look it over. Upon arrival the manager was not even their and they were "short staffed" (5 bank personel where there at the time). They did not inform me as I was trying to open the account that my credit score would even play a part in their decision. Any time I asked the one teller a question there was another female teller with absolutely no people skills the way she spoke to me that would interrupt. I would discourage anyone who is not rich or have a perfect credit score from even thinking about doing business with this "financial establishment".

My fiancé and I filled out an app for a membership checking and savings accounts week ago. Said a rep would be in contact with me soon. Finally called in just to hear we got declined. No call, no email, no kind of status update. I input my credit card for a deposit. Very nice.
