I've been a banking and lending customer for years. Honestly the best possible experience overall. Its great to be able to call and solve an issue with a person in real time. Seriously the credit union vibe is the way to go.

I’m calling today to check the status of my loan application 10/18/22 and the same guy keep answering and hanging up immediately. I’m am not pleased with this service and I am making some regrets with being with this financial company.

Opened up a checking and savings account with Emily today. What a great experience! She was very professional and went out of her way in helping set up the app with me. She is a big asset to this branch and I was very comfortable working with her today. Customer service is what it is all about. I’m thinking I will be very happy with Wings.

Went to the drive thru for a simple credit card payment and deposit. Was greeted right away and then spent 15+ min waiting for these transactions to be completed. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. It looked only one person was helping everyone while I could still see 2 other people in the building that were employees. I don't think I will be returning to this location. I will be going out of my way to try another branch.

If I could give a negative star rating I would.....I have an auto loan through this company and can never get numbers straight. One month I owe $750 next month towe company is knocking for repossession because I owe $2,100.

My experience with Wings Financial has been awful. I have been pushed around and bounced around on hold and then been told to set up accounts myself on the website. Also a gentleman by the name Branch F (not sure if this is even his name because he didnt want to give it) acted like he was getting disconnected when i expressed how upset i have been with the company and hung up on me. when i did call back i was notified by the gal that if there was a disconnect, the bankers are instructed to call back and this did not happen. I wish i had my loans elsewhere so i could be done with this company.

Absolutely the worst bank/place I have ever done business! The tellers are rude and unhelpful. Brittany and Jen, less than helpful from JUMP!
