Not a place I care to do business there's always Something going on with my card. I can see I have money in my account and yet my card gets declined everywhere. What is up with that? Not to mention when you contact them about the issue there representative are beyond unprofessional
And your reply is even worse. I never made a comment on spending money at the gas station now your just putting random replys online, making your company look worse.

Terrible customer service and every time I call when there a problem with my card (there's always a problem) the woman who answers the phone is rude as hell. Looking for a new bank to handle my business.
And to add to your reply I never said I needed a replacement card now your sending out random replys? What kind of company are you?

I walk in and I am greeted with a smile and by name at the MadisonAve location. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have called with issues and always polite and help me with issues.

Bobby and Jodi at Community Bank have been so helpful with the financing of our upcoming hotel project. Their team works fast and efficiently communicates with all of our partners. They give back to the community and truly care about local businesses. Highly recommend.

I've been banking with community bank a very long time. I'm not an easy customer. And sometimes I need a little extra attention. I was at the bank yesterday I thought there was fraud happening in my account. I had I had a bit of a meltdown. I came back today b e n help me. He was kind of curious and very professional. Even though yesterday I was a bit difficult... Thank you community. For taking time and caring about your customers. You are definitely an asset to our community.

My spouse and I can not say enough good things about our bank. They have shown us time and time again that whether you show up in an expensive suit, medical scrubs, jeans and a t-shirt or with punky clothes and purple hair (me-waves hand)=we all get treated equally-with dignity, respect, courtesy and professionalism.
