So I got a txt this morning about fraud . I called first alliance immediately to let them know I just hit a wrong button . Apparently , in that 30 second time
Frame , they had an agent go in and terminate my card . So now , it’s a Saturday , rent due in one day , and I have no access to my funds . I’ve never dealt with such incompetency. This business is an absolute. They cost me an additional 200$ for my late fee that they said they can’t cover . Despite the fact their employees didn’t follow protocol . Sickening that financial institutions can treat people that way and get away with it .
IPDATE: Because the review section does not let you respond to first alliance , I will reply my response here . No first alliance , it is not standard procedure for you guys to shut off and cancel someone’s card without first speaking to the account holder . This was verified through upper management via phone call . If you’re going to respond to someone’s bad review , take accountability directly for the original mistake that was made , don’t try and spin it off like you guys didn’t make the mistake .

I have literally never had so many issues with a car loan before. I’ve been taking out car loans since I was 16 years old and never in the entire 12 years have I ever been through so much garbage. Save yourself and DO NOT use First Alliance Credit Union for ANY of your services.
