Well, what did I expect? It's small town banking at it's best. Online banking is through a third-party service called "It's Me 24/7". The design and functionality doesn't look like it's been updated since about 2005.
Oh, and they _say_ that they have he ability to connect with Quicken and other banking programs. That's a lie unless you're using versions of the software from before 2006. No up-to-date version of Quicken or MS Money would be able to connect to your accounts with them. Their IT staff basically said, we don't test or support it (even though their website says it does).

Great locations for those who go between Minnesota and Wisconsin. Always friendly, accurate, and professional. Had someone write me a check with insufficient funds and they were great about getting me paid by the other party's bank.

They recently switched over their credit cards to a third party, which is really inconvenient for paying and the bank tells can barely give you info about how to pay them. Very slow service on top of it. I know I'll probably be switching banks soon. very unimpressed.

I don’t understand why are you charging a fee for paying over the phone…do y’all not want us to pay our bill or what?! I need some clarification and the lady over the phone said its your new policy. I’ve always done business with y’all and never had any issues and since I’ve relocated to AZ I most definitely can’t just “walk-in” & pay like she wanted me to. And your online payment services are soo complicated…y’all need to do better…just lost a customer of 5+ years….

I have been banking at sccu for 10 years. The staff is incredible, fast, and courteous. The fees are low. And online banking is the easiest to navigate!!!!
