Absolutely wonderful customer service! I had to get paperwork notorized, and the lady who helped was so nice! She even mailed my paperwork for me! Best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced. What an incredible attitude, especially during these difficult times. She made our day! Thank you!!

They have the best customer service and they have always treated me with dignity and respect regardless of my financial situation. The employees at APCU go above and beyond for their members. I've been there for over 10 years and am 100% satisfied .

So hard to get through by phone!. Waited 23 min on hold the first time, left a message and received no call back. Second time I waited 14 min and left another message.. still no call back.

Affinity plus needs to be more available for phone calls. Every time i call i end up sitting on hold for over 20 minutes each time.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT SPECIFICALLY FOR GRAND RAPIDS MINNESOTA APFCU. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ENTIRE APFCU ENTITY.
They were great up until about 4-5 years ago. Used to have stellar customer service. Now, APFCU customer service is in the toilet. Rude condescending, snide and patronizing service reps. They don't listen, let me get a word in, talk over me and down to me. Hidden fees popping up. They claimed to have sent a notice in the mail about another mortgage hike, but never got it. You'd think I'd notice that.
I joined 12 years ago to get away from Wells Fargo and their shifty, abusive ways. These days, I can't tell the difference between the two. I used to recommend APFCU to anyone. Not anymore. I guess they've grown to the size where they can afford to be sneaky, snarky and not care about the commoners anymore.
They're just the typical financial institution now. You've been warned. Enter with them at your own risk.......

Terrible customer service… was immediately treated as an inconvenience to the staff having to accommodate my needs. Also as a new resident moving to a new state and not yet having certain documentation of residency but still having many other documentations including federal documents, no willingness to move forward with membership.
