I am personally hurt by all of these negative reviews about such a phenomenal establishment. I've been a CCCU member for over ten years along with my family. I know much of the staff very well along with security. Karla, Tyler, Christi and more do a stellar job at creating relationships with members. Many of these reviews are outdated and from a completely different staff (that I also question the negative reviews about) and establishment, as they moved to a newly renovated facility over a year ago.
I'd like to tell you my experience. Five stars doesn't even begin to cut it. Often times the staff greets me (and my dog) before I enter into the first set of double doors before entering the facility. When I enter, they greet me by name (and don't even need my member number) and ask about my family, recent trips, how school is going because I am a teacher, and how I am getting along on a day to day since my mother passed away last November. I remember telling Karla Wallace about my mother, another CCCU member that she knows well, and she cried because she had such fond memories with my mother at the Credit Union. From mundane transactions to helping her pay off her house, Karla remembers it all. The whole staff treats me with respect. Because of my mother's passing and some technical issues (that was not their fault), I had some complications with my account. Karla was quick to fix them not because she just wanted a happy member and to move on. She could see why those issues were problematic and fixed them right away because that's the right thing to do, not because it's just a Google Review away from ruining a reputation. I will always be grateful for the help I receive from CCCU Eagan Branch and will forever recommend them to others. They are kind, compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile for all of the right reasons. Any community is only as good as the people in it, and I tell you that this is the best it gets, and I've been to other banks. I have no plans to switch banks ever because of this amazing staff! I love them!

After being a member since 1982 my account was closed due to inactivity. I went to the Eagan branch to resolve the issue and was told I would have to pay a $5 fee to open my account again. I asked for this to be removed and after a call to the manager it was. The employee didn't seem overly confident with our interaction and we were told in order to have a mortgage loan application reviewed we should expect 8 weeks. We left disappointed and uncertain we should continue with the process.

This was my first experience with a credit union. I asked many questions about checking, savings and personal loans. Danielle was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. My experience opening a new account was great.

They program their computers to post date good funds deposits in order to generate overdraft fees.
Unbelievable!
Their online banking services are inconvenient to use and poorly designed.

I took my 83 year old mom to the credit union to get documents notarized and Viviana Esquivel at the Eagan branch was so helpful, patient and kind. I loved that she talked to us in Spanish, along with English. 🙂 …
