Wow, McCaylea for the win. After having the website down all weekend I call in because I needed to have a transfer from savings to checking. I waited on hold for 57 minutes to get a very rude person named Mccaylea very unprofessional language and did not care about me as a member what so ever. Offered no solutions and hung up on me. I’ll be closing my accounts after 13 years of good standing accounts.

So I was bringing my friend to the central entrance location drive through and I pulled in the first lane and the cement pole scratched/dented my driver side of my new car of 6 months. Why would the driveway be built so Caddywampus?! It’s absolutely absurd. I know I’m not the only person this has happened too.

I recently almost left with $900.00 less than what I came in with had I not insisted they recount. While I understand that mistakes happen, they were not very apologetic.

I have banked here since high school. They are always friendly and I have not had any issues that could never be resolved. I have had my card number stolen a few times (don’t pay at the pump with your card at gas stations) and they have always caught it very quickly and stopped any fraudulent charges. Instead of waiting for a new card through the mail, I would just go to the bank and get a new card right away. Their online banking is also very easy to use and convenient. I see myself banking with them for a long time.

Hours do not factor for those who work 9-5. Drive thru runs much slower than the spirit valley branch when more than 2 vehicles are in line. Additional customer service training could be useful as well.
