Switching banks has been on my to-do list for years after decades with a mega bank who could care less about me. Earlier this year, while looking for business loan, the loan officer at Bell Bank moved me in a direction that would prove better results for me at no gain to him. After opening a business account here, I finally hit the last straw on my personal accounts with aforementioned mega bank. The VP of this Branch, Cathy, treated me with a "relationships matter" approach, and as equally as some business person that stands to bring far more to them, as I emptied my meager checking and savings envelopes onto her desk. Time will be the teller of this story, but so far so good after I called the 800 for an online banking question. Real people, real interactions, no pretense.

This is above and beyond a normal banking experience. My banker Chris looks out for me. In the years I have known him, he has helped me find an incredibly low rate mortgage, helped me when my purse was stolen (with my check card and checks :() and plain old become my friend. The entire staff knows me when I come there. This is a kind, friendly, professional and reliable bank. Plain and simple I’m in love with Bell bank. And I’ve never ever loved a bank before. The BEST!!!
