Used to really enjoy this credit union. Seems like every small issue that I encounter can never just be solved with ease. Than a 15 dollar debit replacement fee come on thats a but much even us bank will give you a new card. Im planning on leaving and going to spire they treat me better

Have had nothing but positive outcomes in my experiences with Ashland Credit Union; even with issues that were clearly my mistake. A special thank you to Alisha Brooke, representative at Cottage Grove MN location for going above and beyond! Clearly Banks have never cared about anything but profit and shareholders with Credit Unions actually caring and helping their customers to make the community a better place to work and to live!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service after being a member for over five years. Hours and hours of my time lost on worthless phone calls trying to get money put back into my account after they took money out unauthorized AND after they called me to tell me they wouldn't take it out. I was told it was out of their hands - a credit union? Out of their hands? Ok. I've switched banks and would recommend anyone looking at using this "hometown-we care about everyone" credit union to not bother.

Best Financial Institution in my little 20 years of having one! Every need has been met by Ashland. The Employees are kind and polite and very helpful. I would recommend Ashland over any other! Even helped us buy a Home after no one else would! Thanks Ashland for ALL that you do!

Took me almost 3 weeks to get a new card and thats the second time that this has happened with trying to get a new card my brother had the same thing when he tryed to get one as well and they say there open until 1pm on Saturday but they have been closed multiple times by 1230.
