Had two tasks to accomplish, depositing cash and ordering a new debit card because my former one had fraudulent activity and was deactivated. Online customer service would not issue me a new one due to fraudulent activity and the only way was to go to a local branch. This information was shared to the teller, but he further pressed me on the reasoning behind my new card request, then proceeded to tell me that members were “abusing” the system. Not sure if this information was shared to everyone or just to me and in my entire history of banking with Wings the replacement card would only be my 3rd one. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, I received my new printed card.
Teller was not the friendliest and long wait times could improve.

I went into wings as it’s a shared branch of navy federal. And the teller hailey purposely had me waiting in line while she had “computer issues” which magically went away once the other teller called me up next. She clearly didn’t want to assist me and as soon as I was called up she immediately helped the person behind me who was non person of color. I recorded the whole thing and will be making a formal complaint as well. Will upload video here if google allows. Just a heads up, this location/hailey is not kind to people of color. I’m not denying the possibility she had computer issues initially but it was clear from the video, she was stalling so that she wouldn’t have to help me.

Wings is an adequate credit union. They're very conservative about loaning money to members. They definitely do not go out of their way to help longtime members who've had a financial setback rebuild credit.

While I enjoy banking with Wings, this location is one that I will avoid even though it is the closest to me. Every time I come in (quarterly) to have a cashier's check written, I always have to interact with a really rude teller. After about a year of this, my recent entry to get a cashier's check (which I had more than sufficient funds for) was first greeted by a sigh as she was texting on her phone when I had walked up. When I asked some questions with respect to cancellation (I was buying a car that day and I had to potentially change the amount asked for), she impatiently hurried me through them and in fact made a clear error in the transaction that I had to return to have fixed. While I will continue using Wings, I will not visit this branch again.

T a car loan from this bank. It’s a pain to get a hold of anyone by phone. If you hit 0 to be transferred to anyone just returns you to the root automated and If you figure to get in line to speak with a rep - “We are experiencing a large call volume, call later.” And hangs up.
If you don’t have your information handy like being out of town or accidentally threw the letter away with info needed to just make a payment. good luck chuck must be their motto
Absolutely terrible and not up to date with the modern age and out of touch. I would recommend any other bank

Writing this review about an employee named “Kassandra” It actually blows my mind how unprofessional this bank is. I’m writing a review in regards to my friends experience since I was there. I was with my friend and he went to use his card and the cashier had told us it’s not working, so we go to his bank app and all of his accounts are closed. We call someone and get transferred to “fraud” which was Kassandra speaking. We had no clue that’s what was going on. basically told us “we have you on camera” “explain these 5 transactions” but wouldn't give any info like how much they are, the dates, she must be so bad at her job she doesn’t want to figure anything out and instead blame it on a NINETEEN YEAR OLD. Instead she’d ask questions like “who’s in the back”. We told her we wanted to speak to someone higher up because she basically told us “we see you on camera it’s your problem and now you have no money” and she told us “we aren’t doing this today” and hung up. Nasty attitude, I work in costumer service and I have never treated someone so poorly shame on you.
We went into the bank the next day because she was so unhelpful and the guy at the desk was telling us she shouldn’t have told us she saw us on camera considering she can’t “see the footage” and that she was supposed to tell us more info, which she did not. He called her and she basically said she didn’t want to speak to us because how frustrated he’s being?? And then we find out he owes 900$ which was not told at all on the phone. We give them his ID because it wasn’t him in the footage clearly there’s fraud going on in his account that’s not him. The bank and no one was really helpful and instead he gets a letter in the mail saying she’s off the case and it’s closed and he has to pay. What bank thinks it is ok to take from a 19 year old and tell them they owe. People have BILLLS. Worst bank ever, go here if you want them to take all your money and close the account and basically say YOU did it now pay. while also saying you have him on footage and won’t say anything about who’s on the footage. I’ll be writing more as we figure this out, because he is not paying.
Edit: in a review they responded “we take fraud seriously and try to stop it” clearly you need a new fraud team, because if you take it serious you wouldn’t blame someone innocent, especially when they have banked with you for years and never had fraud activity.

This place has 2.8 stars for a reason and im surprised its not lower.
Kassandra or Cassandra, however you spell it was the most unprofessional person ive ever talked to. Started the phone call by blatantly accusing me of fraud and depositing big amounts of checks that i couldn’t even see on the mobile baking app because they closed it right away. they also wanted to blame me for not checking my app? Like im busy i have 3 jobs.
I went in their to get more information about the fraud that was happening to my account and the people there didnt even know what to say, they kept saying the person on the phone (Kassandra) What they can or cant say. I also not to speak to the same lady and they put me on the phone with the same rude lady.
Anyways this bank is a waste of time and they blatantly accuse you of fraud even with proof lol they also never have any manager on duty so good luck tryna talk to somehow they actually knows something.
