I went to the bank at 4:40p yesterday (Monday 1/23) not realizing the lobby closes at 4p, I had a lot of change to cash in and knew it was too heavy for the drive thru. I asked if I could pull around and have it cashed in. I was expecting a no and to return tomorrow (which I would have been fine with-as the lobby was technically closed) The blonde haired man at the drive up was so nice and said he'd do it for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of your help! I greatly appreciate it. He was happy to help and very positive, even after I apologized for what a pain this was to do.

Besides having to wait in long lines, the people can't seem to do anything without getting a manager. I just wanted to pull out money. AND if you get wires into your account make sure you don't pull out the cash they will flag it as fraud and CLOSE your account without explanation.
Not to mention they say they will help with doing reoccurring payments but then reject it.

Affinity has been fabulous to work with over the past 14 years! I first went to them to purchase my home when rates at my former bank (WF) were outrageous and have been a loyal customer ever since. I like that they look at the whole picture not just my credit score. When my car unexpectedly kicked the bucket in 2020, I was able to call, get pre-approved and found/purchased my car in 48 hours. The few times there have been errors I was able to connect, explain what happened and they fixed the issue. Thanks for being a customer centered bank!!!

Positive experience every time. Highly recommend. Worth noting however, their business services are extremely slow. Example, new bank account, credit card.

My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a truck from a private seller, something new to us as we usually go through dealerships. Though we live in Rochester we had the pleasure of working with Ashley Anderson through our loan process and to say she's great at her job would be an understatement. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and so very patient with us. She made it point to stay in close contact with us throughout the process and answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to assist in getting the documents we needed to process the loan. In a world where it feels like customer service is a thing of the past, Ashley renewed our hope that there are employees out there that still care about the job they do and the people they help. It's quite obvious Ashley takes pride in her work and strives to deliver the best customer service possible. Bemidji Affinity Plus, you have quite a gem working for you there, make sure she's appreciated and retained for years to come.
