I am from USBANK and holy cow am I glad I transferred over to this bank. The people here are friendly and willing to educate me with things I'm unfamiliar with, they work with me, they save me money, and most importantly, I feel like a person and not an account number here.

Good service in person, but you can't call the branch directly. Waited an hour on hold on the 800 number and gave up.

If you want a bank for checking and savings this is a great bank. Their staff at the branch offices are second to none.
However if you want a mortgage, go somewhere else! Their mortgage department is severely disconnected from the rest of the organization. I did refinance last December (2020) and I have had to be on the phone every month since. They have charged me for home insurance even when I already had insurance. My insurance agent had to be on calls with them three times before they corrected it. they increased my escrow account payment for an increase in property taxes even as I stared at the invoice from the county showing that my taxes when up $20 not $1000. I had to removed my escrow account to take care of this one. They charged me late fees for a late payments twice because they did not move money over from my savings account to make my mortgage payment. They remove the late payment fee, but I had to call them to get it corrected.
The staff that I talk to are great, they are always able to correct the errors. The issue is that there are errors every month for the past nine months. Internally they have issues. If you like to be on the phone with bank personnel then this bank will give you that opportunity monthly. If not chose another bank to have your mortgage with.
