I have been at this bank for most of my adult life. I used to love my bank. After they switched over to Viking they have just went down hill.
Most recently, I needed help with a bogus charge on my account. While traveling, I made a purchase from a street vendor. The purchase was supposed to be $39.99, aleast that's what the lady told me when i handed her my card. Come to find out later that they actually charged me $108.39. I called the bank, before the payment posted. I was told that after the payment posts. I just need to fill out some paperwork. The next day (after the payment was now posted) I was ready to fill out the paperwork. They then told me that there's nothing they can do about it. And that I should have used a credit card instead. Seems like a great way to promote their business. "Let us hold onto your money....until there's an issue. Then you should have used someone else."
I miss my small town, personal bank. Very disappointed!!!!

My husband tried to open up a new account and the lady kept telling him a $100 dollars in a RACIST tone... Really like minorities don’t have $100’s

I am so thankful for the good employees at the Ashby Viking Bank. I tell them what I need, (and sometimes it is not all that clear,) and like magic, the documents and help appear. I appreciate knowing they have my back. Bonnie Lutz
