Had money deposited in my account that I didn't deposit. Called Affinity. They said they would see what the problem was. Never got back to me, the money was taken from account. Called them back and asked what is this? you take money from my account and don't tell me or thank me for finding your mistake. They said - sorry.
There also is problem with the app for depositing checks. It does not work half the time, and they know this.

I found a personal check in a parking lot (over$600). It was endorsed and even had his bank account number on the back. I called the 1-800 number on the check and the lady on the phone was very professional and thanked me for being so honest and told me where the nearest Affinty bank was located. I drove there and waited few minutes the a lady was sitting down and asked if she could help me. I told her that i had found this check so she she gets up from her chair and grabbed it out of my hands and walked away. She didn't even say a word. Nice friendly place i guess. Im glad where i bank they at least they smile and talk to you.

Staff members at this branch in Alexandria is extremely rude, cold-blooded and lack customer-service. One of the lady staff seems to be racist as she will stare at me in an ugly way as if I am an align. Staff members at St. Cloud are extremely nice and friendly but here at this branch, it looks like they don't want to move or help their customers. One out of Five stars is still too much rating. The reason I am banking with Affinity Plus is because of the staff members over at St. Cloud who really helped me a lot in my difficult times.

This bank is filled with the most incompetent employees I have ever had to experience. Not even 2 months with them and more issues and problems then I ever expected out of a bank I heard such good things about. Employees that give out incorrect information to people, a complete lack of customer service. I am so disappointed. If you want a good credit union hit up Mid Minnesota out by Walmart.... Way better on so many levels.

I've been a customer for years and always been happy with the service. Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. My only complaint is that they need more weekend and evening hours.
