I was in the other day to deposit money into one of our accounts and after a rough day it was great to see the smiling faces of Karena and Diana! Those two always make rubbing too the bank a fun outing. They are always smiling and welcoming and they know their customers! Thanks for bringing a smile to my face and reminding me why this is such a great community to be a part of!

I've been banking here for years, they have become the Cheers bar of banking! Everyone knows and welcomes me by name. They always make sure anything I need gets taken care of and when I had my check card stolen, they worked fast to get my money returned. I love Premier bank and all the awesome staff! There is no better way to start or end my day then stopping by the bank and seeing their faces!

Very friendly staff who recognize you and greet you immediately as you walk in the door or use the drive thru. I always see tellers Diana and Karena with smiling faces. I appreciate their warm conversation and service!

Tellers are always crabby and quite frankly some of the rudest people I’ve had to deal with at a bank. Karena is especially rude whenever we come with more than 2 deposits. Looking at taking our business account elsewhere.

They will not change $20 bills for $100 bills. Wow. It takes ten seconds to do that. I bought a house in town and will go establish some accounts at Highland Bank. They have done that for me.

If your teen wants to open their 1st account, don’t go here. Had a unique circumstance & we were passed around to multiple people, over several days, told we could, then we couldn’t, all while the temporary teller from another branch gossiped with someone who walked in about our situation. It was so embarrassing. Had to fill out all the paperwork, take time off work to go in, since their hours are so short. All for nothing but horrible customer service, humiliation, & a waste of time. When we called to inquire, we were cut short & told “I know the story, & we are too busy to help you.” Complete lack of empathy & professionalism.
