The customer service was excellent, she processed my payment, help me set up my online profile, and advised me on future steps. I would highly recommend AmeriNat, Mary Frank was super helpful.

Wanted to update my bank acct info...Good luck with the inadequate and difficult website. Not customer/user friendly at all. I called customer service, equally frustrating. AmeriNat offers up policies and procedures as excuses for a poor customer experience.
Update: 7/27/2022 - Obviously still something wrong with my auto-debit. Called customer service today and they could not even locate my account. Customer experience is grossly inadequate.

Barbara G. She really cares and listens to what specifically the caller is asking her and handles the calls so quickly and smoothly . She really knows her job really well. I enjoy when she gets my phone call as my agent. She is asset to Amerinat company. She is highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent. I submitted an appeal to my mother-in-law's loan due to her death. I consistently requested a response for 4 months. They refused to respond.

If you can use someone else, please do. You can not split mortgage payments or pay early, and the online portal rarely accepts payments and is difficult to navigate. If you pay over the phone, there is a fee. Antiquated system and website.

I have never dealt with any company that makes it so hard to get the money to them. Took forever to get their false reporting removed and caused a ripple effect that greatly affected my credit
