I am not sure how this company will exist with the type of customer service received. It strikes me suspicious that the only way someone will reach out to you is AFTER the services are paid for and through email no doubt. Not only that, when you try and contact "customer service", you are met with hostility and finger pointing and this is BEFORE you are allowed to speak with anyone. Lady Caballero is the Customer Success representative I have been communicating with. Due to her interaction, I have advised my realtor to not pay for the services. As much as I would like to use the service, no one deserves to pay be treated this way!
