Like most financial institutions honor CU will accept any money you give.
When you email you get transferred to a office that might address your issue in two weeks.
You ask for financial guidance only to fall in deaf ears and computer screens.
So the bank manager Scott gets a letter addressed to him to see why he does not have staff that treats it's members like they are members. Only to be ignored, just like many financial institutions it's best to not invest your money in their accounts. I will be doing a blog and you tube on many of these banks and credit unions soon. Scott will be interviewed when I go to berrien springs.
So In response to honor "assist" what do you get? A call center with the absolute most unprofessional communications in Michigan. Look for a new bank as nobody can understand what a true financial need is and why Scott McFarland cannot reply to a postal letter sent to him asking him to justify the credit unions actions.

So friendly and helpful. I haven't had a bank account in a while and she made it so easy and stress free. So far the service is fantastic

The beginning of the process was horrible. No communication from the loan originator, didnt conact us in a timely manner (was busy on golf outings and only works certain days), changed the loan type without telling us, paperwork had incorrect info... once we got passed to his assistant Gina, she was AMAZING! She was on top of everything! With the housing market the way it is with going so quickly, timing and communication really matters.

Let’s be honest who wants to go into a bank anymore? Nobody. BUT….This Honor Credit Union is always friendly and welcomes customers with a smile! I don’t know them all, yet, but Jackie and Christopher have always been extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you guys for making this hometown Bank feel like home!
Respectfully,
Mike V.

Courtney and her team are the best! Courtney always takes the time and patience to answer all my questions and make sure I am signing up for and using the right accounts for all of my financial needs. She is very responsive and always treats my questions with respect. I have had vehicles, a boat and and two mortgages through Honor and I wouldn't bank anywhere else. Great Service and a great family vibe!

Was a terrible experience with Roz, not very helpful or wanting to be helpful. She is definitely someone I wouldn’t trust with my money.
