I have been a long time customer with Arbor FCU and up until these past couple years I haven’t had any problems. In the past six months I’ve had multiple minor issues with my card, account and other services while those issues were not their fault, they are virtually impossible to get in contact with they take forever to return a message and are completely unorganized and seem to have very little communication with each other as coworkers causing frustration as a customer bei my bounced around when a call or message is finally returned they have horrible communication with customers as well as within the company. Wish I could give them a glowing rating but I truly cannot recommend them to anyone I know with a positive attitude.

You guys should really think about hiring people of color. If not, then at least be kind, address people personally instead of whispering behind the counter. Tense atmosphere.
