Stopped in to utilize their referral program but was told it wasn't available anymore. Also wasn't aware that this institution checks your credit score without asking before opening an account and it shows up immediately as a hard pull. Better communication from the staff would be much more appreciated from this facility. Staff should also work on treating their customers more like people instead of just a number.

I'm not sure if I'm a victims, I was told last week that other costumer's at this bank have been over charged by Peter Meijer family business on credit and debit cards. According to a Prosecuting attorney in Washington DC, There is a list of food criminals and are run by congressman and congresswoman. Be a ware where you shop. These food criminals also use barred lawyers to get away with cases.

I think this branch in particular needs to take their account holders needs into consideration . Definitely offer financial advise before being rude to someone. I'd suggest they find some new managers to get them back on track !

Behind the times in website and mobile functionality. Also, terrible at communicating anything through messaging, phone or email. They really only reach out after a late fee is assessed. They’re are much better Credit Unions and Banks to use.

Friendly atmosphere and helpful.
I would love if they could do away with the monitors and bring back the face to face engagements.
Update: they have moved and the building is amazing! Open flow concept and they brought back the face to face interaction!

I’ve been with Arbor since I was 15. Their Volt checking account is great for kids learning finances. No overdraft fees, extra protection, just a great service. I’ve never had a problem with them and I love their staff. They gave me a great rate on an auto refinance and I couldn’t be happier with my financial institution!

Expect nothing and you will still be disappointed by this “credit union”. Might as well bank with capitol one or national city, at least they are honest about taking your money. Too many issues to even list with this bank. Try anywhere else and you will be happier for it.
