I used the ATM and there was plenty of room to pull to the side in my Jeep because I can't reach the machine. I got out and made my transaction with no issues. Drive through was open too but I opted to use the ATM.

Black customers risk being racially profiled on everyday visits to branches. Under federal laws, there is little recourse as long as the banks ultimately complete their transactions. But little is mandated by law. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 lists specific businesses that may not treat black customers differently: movie theaters, hotels, restaurants, and performance and sports venues. Federal courts have held that because the law identifies the kinds of businesses to which it applies, those not on the list, such as banks, cannot be held to it. That loophole makes it hard for victims of racial profiling to win in court.
There is an additional limitation. In 1866, Congress created new laws to establish rights for black Americans, including one giving them the right to enter into agreements to buy goods or services and have those contracts enforced. Courts have since ruled that the law requires only that service be granted eventually.
As people of color our only recourse is to boycott. That’s why after my transaction is ultimately completed I will cease doing business with wildfire. Notice that Wildfire’s response is scripted and if what they expressed is true why did they state a bogus reason for their action on my receipt. If I’ve been a member for over 6 years why say because my account is NEW you need to place a hold on my deposit. Not to mention that the branch manager reached out to me and the first words out of her mouth referenced protecting the bank from potential fraud. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out why she would make this statement to me, that’s what started the whole George Floyd incident. As a veteran and minority I’m appalled they have the nerve to lie to cover up their discriminatory behavior. Don’t become their next victim and boycott them. I will also cease doing business with other business who use their services.

Anytime I make a purchase with my debit card I get a call from the bank asking about fraud despite me having told them multiple times that I was the person that made those purchases.

We switched from a standard bank to Wildfire. Sheri Arndt helped us get set up and even saved us $7k with a consolidation loan. She was very quick to respond to any questions and had us all set in just a matter of days!

Wildfire CU is a great place for money management. They have great tools to help you save and invest, as well as a wonderful loan department, friendly staff, and clean & updated facilities. Highly recommend!

This Credit Union is just the highest level of incompetence their app while that have a new one is still extensively broken and offers none of the features other banks do the app and online banking never seem to show real time updates as there has been I can count 3 times now where one moment I look in my account and there is no pending charges then go back to see that a charge I did 4 days ago comes out ultimately putting me in the negative there needs to be something done I will be ceasing all business as soon as I am able as I can’t take this Stone Age company when so many other more updated and better choices exist.I’m just done being treated like a number and not even getting benefits for it.
P.S. A 30 dollar over draw fee is a absolutely ridiculous when most banks offer protection up to 100 dollars but not wildfire if you have an ACH pending please make sure you don’t go over by even 1 dollar because 1 dollar overdrawn turns into a 30 dollar charge just insane that this is okay to them.

UNPROFESSIONAL Wow, if you don’t come from money don’t expect to be treated like you’re a member.
I am a young adult female. I have a great credit score, 4 years worth of 100% payment history and little to no debt on all 4 of my credit cards. I tried getting a small 2 grand loan to get my vehicle back up and running. They told me no at first and yes towards the end and then no again. It was very confusing and very unprofessional. She made me cry about how rude this lady was towards me. The lady never told me any interest rates or anything about this loan inquiry.

I’ve been a member of Wildfire for a couple of years now, but I think this is the first time I ever used the drive thru I could be wrong, but probably not lol. Anyways, I pulled into the drive thru,
because I needed to withdrawal some money in specific denominations. I was greeted with a cheerful lady on the little tv screen named Tammy. She had beautiful smile, and was so sweet and friendly. She definitely made a dreary day more delightful.
