I'm closing my account tomorrow for this bank. I have had an account with them for 8 years, and I'm fed up with having issues. I woke up this morning missing $569.90 out of my account. This is not fraud, other than maybe on their part. They say it is due to their servers. I called and he could not explain to me why it has happened. But that it has happened twice in the last week. Their app crashes all the time. This kind of thing happens all the time. If you are reading this trying to decide if you want to have an account with them DO NOT DO IT!!!! I would give a 0 star if I could!!!

Website says open. It is a Saturday 8:38 am. Door locked. Website needs to be updated so customers know when they can go to bank.
