My experience with Honor Credit Union was terrible. Definitely less than “top-notch.” The loan officer, Adam Carpenter, was not helpful at all! He lost our financial documents several times for starters. He almost never provided updates, unless we prompted him. He could not provide any timelines at any point. Then he set our closing date late to “play it safe“ and we still had to extend it further because he did noy properly prepare everything. As soon as i can refinance, I plan to. Choose a different bank!

I have taken out loans for the past two vehicles that I have owned. Both Deb and Joe at Honor have not only found me the lowest interest rate but actually gave me the tools to be able to negotiate the final sale price of the vehicle I wanted. What was even more assuring was that I knew while they were assisting me with the process, they were not receiving a direct commission on the amount I took out for the loan, so I knew that any advice that they gave me was to help me. I have referred all of my friends to them as well as to join the credit union. Honors bank tellers are efficient and friendly every time. Not to mention Honor reimburses all of your ATM fees at the end of every month. Thank you Marquette Honor for always taking care of me. I'm so relieved to have a bank that works with me, rather than against me. I can't say thank you enough!

Honor credit union has friendly employees and they make it really easy to get a loan. I would give them a 5 out of 5, but every 6 months I have to prove my insurance didn't change on a personal loan where I used a car as collateral and that is very inconvenient and annoying!

Honor is a great credit union with a staff that makes you feel welcome. I use them for my personal and business accounts. From Joe H in Marquette taking care of all of my personal banking needs to Jamie G going above and beyond for my business banking, I couldn’t imagine a better bank. Keep up the good work

Deb Gill, who is an account specialist there & loan officer was AMAZING! I walked in, stressed, upset because I had a lot going on in my personal life & had to refinance a vehicle that was in both mine and my ex's name and she sat me down, calmly talked to me, and even have me smiling within 5 minutes. She was so quick to respond to ALL my questions & concerns & she made everything happen within a few days! I honestly usually hate banks, but she seriously gave me a whole new perspective on it & I am so thankful she was able to help me earlier this week. Honor Credit Union is amazing & I highly recommend them.

Our experience with Emily was exceptional. She not only listened carefully to our situation and immediately knew who to call, she assuaged our fears and reassured us at every step of the way. After further anxiety, she calmly contacted the correct people; it felt good to have in-person costumer service and someone that seemed to know and care about our situation.
