Absolutely the worst institution to deal with. They refuse to listen to reason and will not ever refund a fee, no matter the situation. They have no compassion, understanding or a desire to keep customers. They make me feel like just another number; getting rich off fees from the people who can't afford a gallon of milk before payday. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress.

Went to get a personal loan was declined saying I have not had a loan through them before. I have had two personal loans through them and an auto loan before they stopped doing that. At the very least they should of done their due diligence and looked back at my account history. Will be getting rid of this joke bank as soon as I can get to another bank and get bill payment set up.

Such a terrible bank. NEVER answers the phone, never calls back and there automated system is just terrible. There are plenty of people there to pick up the phone. But I guess they are all out to lunch like the post office 🙄 would not recommend this bank. …
