First I purchased a used truck at a local dealer and they used Community choice, I was driving away within an hour. I just moved my checking and savings there today. April walked us through the whole process. Very professional and informative. Will refer others to Community choice.

My local Hillsdale Branch has hosted a clearance of cutting corners including severely negligent integrity. While approving my vehicle loan without verifying insurance coverage, i have repeatedly been into my local branch twice about 30 days from the filing of my loan to ensure that the information that was being requested was accurate and up to date. Each of the four payments i addressed the issue at the branch and was assured it was resolved on their end; to disregard all messages. The very thing i was openly communicating with this institution and my insurance company was of the same concern. I was then informed after 120 days of driving that i was without collision insurance and i now owed over $100s more a month. The incompetent branch employees even after over 5 visits and 3 payments accuse me of trying to not to pay my insurance even after my insurance agency had verified on their end it was adjusted and advised. Im now informed i owe $70 extra a month because it was my fault i didn’t communicate with my insurance agency. State Farm has done a full audit. And for as serious of a situation this is the local branch could care less about me or the problems im having let alone even take any extra of their time to audit their own work. Not once did they try to calm me down and discuss the situation. They tried pushing me out the door with no concern for any of my very serious matters. After again trying to negotiate with my insurance agent the date in which this took place, no one has for a second actually even internally investigated the actual break down in communication and because of this lack of communication i feel that others could also fall victim to this very dangerous financing practice. And that this company doesnt care even enough to update my accurate contact information when im in the branch to sign the forms anyway… this kind of integrity comes from a party store not a credit institution. Very serious break down in communication and would hope a full investigation and audit is considered ASAP. I literally tried weeks before my first payment to ensure everything was in ordered priority and yet this credit institutions break down of communication has shown bright as the sun. With absolutely no concern for my business with their institution. Im at a total loss for the seriousness of this and how greatly emotional this highly inappropriate breakdown in their communication has been. Would never recommend banking here if your not a regular they might just spit on you. I tried so hard to find the immediate resolution before my first payment and their absolute blatant disregard for my and to completely disregard my updates to my personal info while i was there and continue to tell me its my fault they are unable to get their dates right???? Tried avoiding this nightmare with no avail. Good luck out there.
