Not a good experience today trying to reach the Evart branch. The first representative gave me their fax number rather than phone number after a 10 minute hold time. Called back and the 2nd rep tried to transfer me and didn't work. The third phone call gave me a rep that refused to transfer me to the Evart branch as I was trying to help someone (one of their customers) get an issue resolved but I was "not on her account" even though I provided him with the full SS# and explained that the person had gone in to the Evart branch and informed them and gave her permission for me to discuss her account. I can understand policy but the refusal on their part to even try to help along with curt responses and rudeness I experienced was very disappointing. Definitely not "members first". In the meanwhile their customer has a duplicated $50 charge withdrawn from her account with nobody to help....

So far hasn’t been a good experience. Hoping time will help. Call and to leave a message for a specific person and they NEVER call back. Guess they don’t check their messages. Apply for a loan, hustle around to get info to them. They say we will have a response either way in two days....week and half later I had to call to find out the outcome. A week later finally got a letter in the mail. Many more Inconviences, too many to list. Oh don’t order checks thru them. Been waiting for almost three weeks.

When we were lost in the process of a loan with another lending institution ...MFCU Evart stepped right up. The staff here is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I felt right at home. Walked us through the process and had us on our way in less than a week. Hats off to these folks ....proud to be a member.

I usually don't do reviews but i have to say this is the worst financial institution i have ever delt with. They're service policies are the worst I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Been a member for 10 years now, and it has been mostly okay. Went to use the mobile check deposit feature for the first time today, and upon reviewing the check they disabled my account? Says I have a secure message from them, but I need to be logged into the account that is currently locked out to view it. What a joke.

There is an older lady that works there that makes feel very uncomfortable everytime I come in. She laughs at me.. Her tone is very rude and she treats me like I’m stupid. She always circles my total like I’m an idiot. I don’t know what I ever did to this lady but everytime I come she’s very snootie and rude to me. I feel like she’s telling me to go to a different bank without actually telling me. Whatever I did to her so sorry but I don’t recall doing a thing.

The "Members First" is the exact opposite of this place. Their policies are bank based, not Credit Union.
