Truly had such a horrible experience start to finish. My father had an auto loan here and unfortunately passed away. They were so unhelpful, incredibly difficult to reach (never answering their phone or calling back), turned off online access to his account so my mom could no longer make payments but of course they wouldn't give us another option to pay. I called so many times and eventually had to drive to a branch (I live 2 hours away!) to talk to someone. I even emailed the president (an option on their website) and never heard back. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else!

This credit union is a joke. I've been banking with them over 20yrs. I have never qualified for any of their programs for cars, mortgage, cards or anything one would get for being a long-term customer. I have fairly good credit history and make a nice salary. At this point I'm starting to believe that I'm not their target audience for other reasons because I look good financially.

This credit union is a joke and it's time for me and my family to take our business someplace else after 22 years with CASE. It was a good credit union when we joined. The Lake Lansing branch has 4 or 5 drive through lanes but they do not have someone posted there ever. I got in line at the drive through on 7/9/2018 at 5:41 PM behind two other cars. Only 1 of the lanes was open. I pulled up at 5:48 pm and sent in canister with my deposit. At 6:02 pm I hit the call button and a lady comes and says this canister just dropped and we are closed. I said that canister has been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. She took the canister and then returned quickly and sent it back out and said sorry all drawers are closed and we can not process your transaction. Mind you there was another car behind me yet that had pulled up around 5:45 pm. What horrible customer service. Who is the idiot that decided on the policy to not have the drive through lanes assigned a teller? This is just one of many poor customer service experiences I have had and this is the final one. They deposited 7k in cash into someone else's account one time when I went to this branch.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Shanon (receptionist) with a smile and a excellent greeting. When I got to the counter Amanda (Banker/teller) was smiling and gave me such a warm welcoming smile...ear to ear. She walked me through my options and was very prompt and professional. I would definitely continue all of my financial needs through CASE on West RD. Go Team!!!

Great service! Massive shout out to Bree (spelling? Sorry) and Hannah who helped me sort out important documents to verify some bank transactions. They remembered my specific issue and checked on it unprompted every time I came in for other things during the following months

I’ve banked with Case due to them servicing my auto loan for the last five years. I’ll admit, customer service isn’t always that great over the phone, but everyone is welcoming and helpful in person. I really appreciate Ron and Audrey helping me request my car’s title from Florida yesterday. I was worried the process would wind up being a nightmare, but they made sure to do everything possible to help me. Thank you so much!
