One thing I do kind of have a gripe with is that I have to call to change my debit/credit limit for my card and I can’t do it online myself. Because there are times where they aren’t open on days I need to raise it. Other than that I think everything is solid. I genuinely don’t get the many negative ratings. I’m thinking it’s older people who don’t like change with online banking

Terrible experience with this place. Ever since COVID it’s been terrible to contact people for help. You HAVE to call when you want to change your debit card limit and every time I get the same annoying response. “Why don’t call the day of the purchase?” BECAUSE YOU’RE ALWAYS CLOSED! Also I want to be prepared for a big purchase so I do it ahead of time! I also tried to explain my situation to one of the people there and inquired on how I could transfer funds to a different bank account I had with a different bank and got a very rude and condescending answer.

I opened a savings account almost two years ago. I put the $200 minimum in and had not touched the account until today. Apparently they have a unused account fee so after 1 year of not touching the account they started to make deductions. This led my balance to drop below the $200 minimum and then they started charging a fee for that too - so when I went to check on my account today that $200 is now $100.07. Thanks for looking after your customers belle.

I hated playing with the guessing game will they be open or will they be closed. But mostly there closed. I needed a full time bank not a part time. They were great at first but now I think there on there way of closing. That's why they upped there prices on everything and now charge u when you just call them. I wouldn't be surprised if they make u except charges just to walk through the door.
I ended up pulling my money out and go to a better bank.

Jamie, and the WHOLE team are very pleasant, personable, and professional. I have never had a bad experience here. They get it right the first time every time. Would love to buy them all a drink sometime. If that's not allowed maybe they'll have to settle for some Juicy Juice!
