If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you're doing business with them I would go elsewhere immediately. they have no problem stealing your money with no warning and no care. Their customer service is horrible, cruel and cold. The manager of collections, Susan. Has to be one of the worst people I've ever come in contact with. They will not protect or look after their members. All they care about is getting their money at whatever means necessary. Today they stole $5000 from a single mom, my mom and put her accounts negative. They did this hiding behind their policies and contracts all to protect themselves first instead of their members. I went in their to accept responsibility for my account that was negative and tried to work out a payment arrangement but instead they decided to steal all the money from my mother who was joint on the account. When we went to talk to them about rectifying the situation they basically told us it's not their problem and hit us with the door as we left. Worse conduction of business ever. Susan should be fired. I understand you have to have thick skin to do the job she has but to treat people like they don't matter and are nothing is just wrong. So much for members come first. Since I have to keep my account cause I have my student loan with them I will be at the next member meeting and I will give a peice of my mind.

I used to really love TLC when I was younger. But now I am starting to realize they make it very easy for you to overdraft and will not show debit/payments when you make them. Unfortunately I am not in the age of checkbooks, but you should keep a check book if you open an account with TLC because it will not keep an accurate history of your payments.

Always a new teller that doesn't know how to do their job. Customer service is the worst but what do you expect for minimum wage. Wants an account number just to make change. It's places like this that makes me tell as many people who will listen not to use them. I always dread going in there each month for work.

We needed a notary after the Postal Plus didn’t have a notary on staff ( when they said they would have one until closing). Elizabeth Chase was awesome, she got us right in and got our documents signed snd on our way. Thank you very much!!!

After 5 years of 2 personal accounts & 2 years of my business account I sadly will be leaving TLC. Horrible bank to do business with if you own your own shop. They have a program that is available to business owners to not hold any your funds & to deposit them without going into the branch. This would have saved my business a huge headache. Working with Jim & Derrick hasn’t been helpful whatsoever. From these two themselves it’s my job to call in & see what programs are available for my business to help it run more efficiently.
I’m just wondering how would I know about any of these programs they offer if I don’t call & ask about something I have zero knowledge that this program exists. When I signed up for my account, this should have been something that was explained to benefit my business, but it was not. This bank is not for the Community, they are more in it for profit than anything. Also left a message with Derek the commercial business manager on Friday and still has not returned my call. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Jim was kind & I understand this isn’t in his hands but at the very least I expected a call back from the manger of this department.

I would not use this credit union. My card number was stolen and used. Then TLC charged me multiple overdraft fees and then told me there is nothing they can do when I have proof my info was stolen.
