Don't even have an account here anymore and after the way you treated my sister, I will never return. Refused to cash a check, from a company you've done business with before because you "think" it "might" be fraud? You didn't even bother to call the number provided. You said yourself the place is somewhere you do business with. Absolutely ridiculous! Why? You just look at checks and go "nope sorry?" Rude, Absolutely the rudest woman, Erin. Find something else to do ya because banking isn't your thing. Unprofessional and rude.

Forgot my password for logging in and the only way too reset it is worth my social security number and bank account my other bank texts me a code to reset my password. When I called TLC to get help the woman I spoke to was completely unfamiliar with their own website and app and had no clue how to help. This bank is pretty much useless.

I had to unfortunately, step inside this branch location today because we forgot a pen. Didn’t expect to put myself, or my family in danger due to one of your employees.
There were certain employees not wearing a real mask, unfortunately did not catch her name. “Chin guards” are not masks, masks are supposed to cover both mouth and nose. It is not hard to follow basic guidelines in place to keep others safe, the FDA as well as the MI Heath Department have been very clear on how an appropriate mask is supposed to be worn. We are approaching the height of another wave of COVID-19 with a record number of 140,000 cases in the United States in one single day just yesterday (11/12/2020) and these are the practices your business publicly wants to promote in our community?
Ironically enough there were two employees working today, one wearing a mask working the drive through, and the other employee NOT wearing her mask actually working face to face with customers. Not sure how that makes sense. Needless to say we will not be returning to this branch, incredibly selfish and dangerous to expose customers.

After 5 years of 2 personal accounts & 2 years of my business account I sadly will be leaving TLC. Horrible bank to do business with if you own your own shop. They have a program that is available to business owners to not hold any your funds & to deposit them without going into the branch. This would have saved my business a huge headache. Working with Jim & Derrick hasn’t been helpful whatsoever. From these two themselves it’s my job to call in & see what programs are available for my business to help it run more efficiently.
I’m just wondering how would I know about any of these programs they offer if I don’t call & ask about something I have zero knowledge that this program exists. When I signed up for my account, this should have been something that was explained to benefit my business, but it was not. This bank is not for the Community, they are more in it for profit than anything. Also left a message with Derek the commercial business manager on Friday and still has not returned my call. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Jim was kind & I understand this isn’t in his hands but at the very least I expected a call back from the manger of this department.
